- Structural Design
- Conductor Material: High-purity Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC) is usually used as the conductor, with a purity of ≥99.5% and a maximum DC resistance of ≤9.5Ω/100m, ensuring stable and efficient signal transmission. The wire diameter is generally the 24AWG standard, that is, 0.5mm+0.01 in diameter, which balances flexibility and durability, making it easy to thread through pipes in complex environments for wiring.
